What mothers like you are saying:

My only regret while taking this course was not knowing this information earlier. We could have avoided many issues that my older children suffer from had I taken the course then.

The 18 day challenge

When your child is going through a rough time,
you want them to turn to you.

In just 18 days, learn to become a safe space for your child.

If you become anxious or angry or —simply shut down — in difficult situations, your child or client will too. And….they won’t turn to you when they need you most.
Does this sound familiar?

  • “My son just yelled something really hurtful, and I yelled right back.”
  • “My little client is tough, and my hands turn sweaty every time I even think of him.”
  • “I’m marrying off my daughter, the other kids are acting out, and I just want them all to leave me alone.”
Perfect if you are a:
  • Growth-oriented parent
  • Always-learning therapist

What mothers like you are saying:

This program is more than just challenges. I tapped into myself while doing the regulation process, and the challenges that were hard for me to complete helped me identify my limitations and areas of weakness.

Chavy

I love the safe container Amy and Evelyn provide. They engaged with us regularly, on the Telegram chat and during the Zoom instruction. Among those who participated, the space feels warm, inviting, forgiving, and supportive.

Samantha

I’m more patient with my toddler, which was my primary motivation for the challenge. I am interacting with more gentleness, kindness, and respect to everyone around me.

Alexa

Yes, I want to be a stable presence in a child’s life.

Neuroscience & parenting Q&A

Stop second-guessing yourself.

Working with children is synonymous with asking questions.
Every interaction with a child is bound to bring on more queries.

  • “My child needs extra help but his school is not on board. What can I do about that?”
  • “If my child doesn’t qualify for government-funded therapy, is there anything I can do to help her on my own?”
  • “I am a therapist with an overwhelming caseload. I find myself taking the pain home with me and I’m at loss on how to deal with these emotions.”
Perfect if you are a:
  • Teacher
  • Parent
  • Professional

Neuroscience & Parenting is a forum where you create the discussion. We cover a wide range of topics — ranging from typical childhood behaviors all the way to complicated emotional disorders — and all answers are science-based and research-backed. We validate, empower, and support you in your struggles.

The school movement initiative

Every student deserves the chance to succeed.
You can make it happen.

Perfect if you are a:
  • Administrator of a school
  • Director of an early head start program

School training initiative

Improve reading and writing skills across your student body.

Up with the standards, down with the pressure.

Many kids in today’s fast-paced world have trouble focusing for more than a few minutes. Teachers struggle to keep their students on task, and some students suffer from their inability to do so. This directly affects their reading and writing skills. The School Movement Initiative aims to implement physiology-based movements in schools.

Give each child:

✔ The power of proper focus
✔ The benefit of trained teachers
✔ The ease of integrated movements
✔ The confidence that accompanies fluent reading and better writing skills.

School evaluations

Identify red flags in your school.

What you don’t know about your students can hurt them.

Many kids plod through the system for years before their problems turn severe. At that point, the school sounds the alarm bell — but the damage has been done, and it is deep. The student’s academic, emotional, and social wellbeing is extensively compromised. The School Movement Initiative helps schools identify problems early on so they can be dealt with before they mushroom out of control.

Give each student an in-school evaluation that’s:

✔Tailored
✔Intuitive
✔Stigma-free

I want every child in my school to be successful.
